First Baptist Church, under the guidance of the Lord, shall oversee a missions program that will enable it to help fulfill the scriptural purpose of missions:
1. To fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 19-20) for evangelism,
discipleship, church planting, and theological training; and,
2. To meet human needs (I Peter 4:10)
3. Provide specific ministries and encourage general support of missions through prayer, financial giving, and personal involvement in:
                1. Our local communities;
                2. Shasta Baptist Association (SBA)
                3. California State Southern Baptist Convention Missions Program (CSBC)
                4. North American Mission Board (NAMB) 

                5. International Mission Board; (IMB)   

                6. Other mission opportunities
