The Senior Adult Ministry, also known as the Adventurers, is a social ministry for men and women, single or couples, in the age group of 50 years of age or older that attend FBC. Our goal is to provide planned social activities for those who desire Christian fellowship and friendship. We welcome all those wishing to attend the social gatherings of the Adventurers Ministry. The ministry provides bi-monthly social activities at FBC or away from FBC to those wishing to attend. If you are interested in participating in this ministry, watch for announcements in the church bulletin, newsletter, and weekly emails. Sign-ups are at the kiosk in the church foyer.

This ministry is designed to allow parents to attend the 11:15 a.m. worship service while their children (ages 4-8) are involved in learning more about Jesus and His love for them. We believe that children should have a safe environment where they can grow in their love for Christ in an age-appropriate setting through fun activities and lessons. Children's Church is a very simple introduction to the Bible. The children will take a journey to the wonderful world of the Bible. The volunteer teacher will teach a lesson from the Bible in one of many ways: reading it, telling the story, acting it out or having the children read from their Bibles that are kept here. When the story is finished we have a short discussion on what the story was about. To continue the lesson, there is a fun craft for the children to do and take home to show their families what they have learned, plus a snack. We also have a game if time allows.

Our Men’s Ministry exists to offer opportunities for men to come together for true fellowship, to receive real encouragement, to challenge and be challenged, and to pray and support one another.  It is our goal to help strengthen men as they endeavor to serve and lead in their families, church, and community.  Our men’s ministry meets regularly on the third Saturday of every month at FBC for a breakfast fellowship that includes breakfast, worship, Bible teaching, small group discussions, and prayer. If you are interested in joining a weekly men’s community group (home Bible study), please call the church for information regarding these groups and options.

The Preschool ministry is dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for all children who enter through our doors. It is our goal to model kind, loving, and respectable attitudes as well as to provide an atmosphere with these character traits for the children and families involved. We will daily provide each child with a wide range of learning activities that will stimulate all aspects of their development and skills as well as spiritual growth. Each child will be treated as a special individual and will be taught to respect and be kind to others. We will encourage each child to be who they are and foster their curiosity and explore the different areas of life. We strive to have open communication with each family in the program. We guarantee each child will receive the love and nurturing that is needed at such young ages. It is our hope that each child feels safe and secure, which will not only build self-esteem and trust, but will prepare them for further ventures in their lives.

Women's Ministry is designed to allow women to grow together in Christ as we serve to be the hands and feet of Jesus to one another and the community. Different activities are offered about every 6 weeks which include crafts, movies, game nights and retreats. This allows the women of our church and community to get together for fun, fellowship and devotions. Childcare is offered free of charge at these events. We desire to work through any obstacle that may keep a woman from attending. Partial scholarships are available when needed. Several different Women Bible studies are offered during the day and evening for those women who would like to study God's Word in a warm, safe, and welcoming environment.

Our Youth Ministry exists to reach students wherever they are, connect them to Jesus and other Christians, help them grow in their faith, serve others, and honor God with their lives. It is our goal to equip students to follow Jesus in their everyday lives, and teach them how to read and study the word of God. If you are interested in anything in regards of youth ministry, call Chase Kamla at the FBC office.
